Our commitment to access

Soriano Med aims to provide people with disabilities equal access to practice information and care. We work to communicate effectively, make reasonable modifications where needed, and provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services without charge when required by law. Our services are offered without unlawful discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, or other protected status under applicable law.

Website accessibility

Our design goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The website uses semantic headings, responsive layouts, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, and text alternatives for branding. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim full conformance. GHL widgets, linked documents, and third-party booking or portal experiences may have barriers; we will work with the applicable provider to address reported issues and offer an alternative way to obtain information.

The website should support browser zoom and keyboard navigation. If a page, document, widget, or service is difficult to use, please contact us rather than delay care. This statement does not replace the practice's duty to provide effective communication.

Request an accessible format or communication aid

Tell us the page or service involved, the barrier, a preferred response method, and the aid or format that would help. Please do not include a diagnosis or detailed medical history in ordinary email. Requests may include accessible electronic information, large print, qualified interpreters, or other effective aids as appropriate. We will discuss an effective solution with you.

Language assistance

Free language assistance and appropriate auxiliary aids and services are available when needed for access under applicable law. Call 321-877-0007 to request assistance; you are not required to provide your own interpreter as a condition of care.

Concerns and civil-rights complaints

If you believe you were denied appropriate assistance or experienced discrimination, ask the practice manager to review the concern. You may submit a grievance by phone, mail, or in person and request help preparing it. Privia also publishes its official nondiscrimination and language-assistance notice in English and Spanish. We will not retaliate for a good-faith complaint or request for assistance.
