Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this works for me?

After signing up, you will receive a link to complete our Patient Intake Forms, which once complete you will be able to set up your 15-minute consultation (you will not be able to schedule the consult until completing the questionnaire).

After this consultation, you will receive your bloodwork order to take to your local lab and all support resources, including your meal plan and exercise schedule. Your medication will be shipped to your mailing address.

At weeks 5 and 9, follow-up consults can be scheduled, but in the meantime, your clinician will remain available for questions via your weekly email check-ins.

What are the contraindications? Am I elegible?

Previous allergies or adverse reactions to any medications would be a reason not to use one. Pancreatitis or pancreatic disease is a major contraindication for Semaglutide. Uncontrolled hypertension and seizure disorder or a history of seizures are significant contraindications to using Bupropion. Opiates and chronic opiate use are contraindications to Naltrexone.

Our program is not a perfect fit for everyone, and we may not accept patients with specific criteria besides the aforementioned medical conditions after medical evaluation.

What is the evidence to support medications used?

While there is no guarantee of how much weight you will lose, evidence suggests:

  1. Patients on a combination of Bupropion and Naltrexone were able to lose on average 25 lbs with most of it occurring by week 12. You can read further here: COR-Behavior Modification (BMOD) Study. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20559296/

  2. Patients on Semaglutide loss an average of 35 lbs with most of it occurring by week 20. You can read more here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33567185/

What is the cost?

Our offer is a one time payment which can be financed via PayPal Credit. It comes to less than $100 a week and includes the medical consultation, counseling and medication you will need during this program.

You didn't gain all your weight in one day; you won't lose it in one day. Be patient with yourself.

Weight loss doesn't begin in the gym with a dumb bell; it starts in your head with a decision.

Most people give up right before the big break comes — don’t let that person be you.
